Will the conference be live-streamed?
We will be live-streaming the morning presentations of the conference on day 1. A link will be available at the top of this page in the morning on day 1 (Thursday around 09:30am). The online event is free to join. This is a pilot, but we have IT support from the University who are experienced in live streaming events.

Are posters available to view online?
This year we do not have access to the posters prior to the event, and so not able to make these available online during the conference. We will however, request posters post-conference and make these available on our portal (and ensure all requests for portal access have been resolved).

Poster guidelines can be found here

How do I know where to put my poster up?
Each poster has a reference number, a list of all posters and the numbers will be provided when you register. The posters will likely be arranged by category, and you should easily find your number to put your poster up. Volunteers will be around to support.

If I arrive late at the conference, can I still get in?
We ask that everyone does their best to arrive between 09:00 and 10:00 so that we can get everyone (over 400 delegates) registered and in the lecture hall for 10:00. We want to avoid late arrivals as this can be disruptive to speakers, however we understand that some are traveling several hours on the Thursday morning, and that rail over-time strikes might affect some train journeys. If you arrive late to the conference, you will be able to register and we ask that you join the conference as quietly as possible.

Yes, you are welcome to use any of the empty meeting rooms in the venue. The venue will have wifi,
