Tracy is the Research Involvement, Engagement, Participation and Inclusion Manager at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire (UHCW) NHS Trust, which includes the Coventry and Warwickshire CRF.

For the first 20 years of her career, Tracy was an NHS Hospital Pharmacy Technician, specialising in paediatric clinical trials for 12 years. In 2017, Tracy became the NIHR Coventry and Warwickshire CRF Delivery Manager, which also included leading on Patient and Public Involvement and Engagement (PPIE) and Research Inclusion in the CRF and across UHCW NHS Trust.

Previously a member of the UKCRF Network Managers and Patient and Public Involvement Theme Groups, Tracy is now part of the UKCRF Network Involvement and Inclusion Work Package Group and has been the UKCRF Network Deputy Lead for Research Inclusion since July 2023. Tracy is also a member of the UKRD Inclusion Working Group and part of the Coventry and Warwickshire ICS Research Engagement Network (REN).
