Working with our Work Package Leads, Senior Management and members, the Operations Team drives the delivery of the Network’s work programme by providing essential administrative, project, and communications support. We develop and promote Network documents and services, enable knowledge sharing, and foster collaboration and engagement across the CRF community. Our team also supports the successful delivery of key events, including the Annual Conference and Leadership Programme.

We share our announcements, updates and opportunities with CRF Managers, Senior Nurses (typically the Matron or Lead Nurse), and where appropriate, work group members. They are responsible for circulating these communications to relevant staff within their CRF.

As we do not maintain a distribution list for all CRF staff, we rely on CRF Leaders to ensure information reaches the right people across their teams.
